By accessing and using any or all of the products, services, newsletters, internet web sites and web pages including but not limited to the following URL onthemoneyradio.org hereinafter referred to as the "Website", owned and operated by On The Money Radio, the User agrees to be bound by these terms of use, conditions and disclaimer ("Terms of Use") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you, the User, do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you must immediately discontinue any use of the Website. These Terms of Use may change from time to time without notice and it is the User’s responsibility to check for updates. By using this Website you, the User, are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these.
CONTENT/RESERVED RIGHTS
On The Money Radio owns all rights to the intellectual property, underlying processing and technology, and software incorporated and/or presented on any or all of the products, services, internet web sites owned and operated by On The Money Radio, including copyrights, and owns or has acquired the necessary permissions from content providers or suppliers, for all of the content, information, software, products and services provided in and on any or all of the products, services, internet web sites owned and operated by On The Money Radio, including all text, HTML code, multimedia clips, images, graphics, icons, Java code, and the selection and arrangement of the contents and Information presented on the Website (collectively referred to as the "Site”). This Site constitutes a confidential and valuable asset of On The Money Radio and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as by other intellectual property laws and treaties. The User may not use, reproduce, transfer, publish, disclose or sell the Site or any of its components or content, except as provided for in this Agreement.
On The Money Radio specifically prohibits the re-distribution of any or all of the products, services, newsletters, available on, through or from the Site owned and operated by On The Money Radio and its contents as well as the re-distribution of its subscriber e-mails and/or newsletters via the Internet or otherwise, and accepts no liability whatsoever for the actions of third parties or other parties in this respect. Any violators will be liable for all costs or other losses incurred by On The Money Radio arising from any complaint, claims or actions arising directly or indirectly from such distribution. |

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paid subscribers are referred to as an “Insider.” Insider agrees to pay either monthly or annually website membership fees, in advance, via major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) collected on this website, and authorized real-time via a securely encrypted payment gateway. Monthly Insider authorizes OTMR to charge credit card once per month (renewal), on the anniversary of the subscription date, as long as membership remains in effect. Annual Insider authorizes OTMR to charge credit card once per annum (renewal), on the anniversary of the subscription date, as long as membership remains in effect.

SUBSCRIPTION TERM
Terms of Insider memberships by subscription are either monthly, or annually, depending on the subscription term the Insider selects at the time of membership, and terms and conditions related to cancellation are as follows.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
For monthly subscription, Insider may cancel at any time. No refunds or pro-rata credits will be issued for any unused portion of membership canceled during the month in which the cancellation request is made.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
For annual subscription, Insider may cancel at any time. A partial refund/credit will be issued for any paid-for, but unused memberships, on a pro-rata basis.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
Cancellation requests and/or refunds must be made in either writing or by e-mail to the Company. All refund requests must include the type of membership, the credit card number, and expiration date used from which the membership is being charged. |

On The Money Radio has complete discretion to issue a refund either by re-crediting via the Insider’s credit card or by issuance of a check, and at its sole and complete discretion. The Company reserves the right to change or amend these refund policies at any time, and at its sole discretion.
